• Course DescriptionThe integration of biotechnology and nanotechnology becomes a highly important area of research resulting in remarkable achievements. Bio-Nanotechnology is the use of biological building blocks and the utilization of biological functions for the development of modern technology at the nano-scale. This course will cover nanotechnology in medicine, nanoparticles in drug delivery, nanomaterial manufacturing, and safety concerns of nanomaterials. This course will enable students to understand the connections between biotechnology and nanotechnology and diverse applications of bio-nanotechnology.
